Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ESA Vacation Lottery website, participating in the ESA Vacation Lottery process, or receiving SMS notifications related to the vacation lottery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Description of Service
The ESA Vacation Lottery system provides participating physicians and anesthetists with information, scheduling resources, vacation lottery rules, and automated notifications related to the annual vacation selection process. Notifications may be delivered by SMS text message, email, or through the vacation lottery application. Subscribing to the SMS messaging service is optional.
User Responsibilities
Participants agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the ESA Vacation Lottery system only for legitimate vacation scheduling and administrative purposes.
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing a mobile telephone number and electing to participate in SMS notifications, participants consent to receive automated text messages regarding vacation selection opportunities, reminders, scheduling updates, and related administrative communications.
Message frequency varies based on the vacation lottery process. Message and data rates may apply.
Participants may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP. Participants may reply HELP for assistance.
Prohibited Uses
Participants may not use the ESA Vacation Lottery system for unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or unauthorized activities.
Intellectual Property
The content, materials, and resources provided through the ESA Vacation Lottery website are intended solely for authorized participants in the ESA vacation selection process and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The ESA Vacation Lottery system is provided as a convenience to participants. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain system availability and notification delivery, uninterrupted access, message delivery, and system availability cannot be guaranteed. ESA shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the system.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
ESA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the ESA Vacation Lottery system following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
